My elimination of sugar from my diet has been the reason why I have lost over 30 pounds. In fact my best run of dieting that I have had for years has come when I realized that even fruit was my downfall. So now I am eating very basic proteins and vegetables and the weight is dropping off pretty quickly.
What is even better than losing weight is losing cravings. It feels like someone gave me back my sanity. I eat at meals and pretty much nothing in between. My thoughts are not dominated by what I am eating next or what I could be eating or want to.
